The Company is providing the User with a Business Address and / or a telephone and fax service. This Service entails receiving Telephone calls, Faxes and Postal Mail on behalf of the user and forwarding these communications to the user in a pre-agreed format. No extra charges will be charged throughout the 12 month period for mail, call and fax forwarding, however extra charges will be incurred for large, heavy and bulky parcels/packages/boxes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augmenter enhance the current Service, shall be subject to the within terms and conditions. The Service is provided “As Is” and the Company assumes no responsibility for the delays, deletion, mis delivery, non-delivery, or failure to store any user communications or personalized settings.

Modifications to service
The Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice to the User. The User agrees that The Company shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.

Indemnification

User Conduct
The User understands that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (“Content”), transmitted through the use of the Service, is the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. Therefore, the User and not the Company is solely responsible for all Content transmitted through the use of the Service. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of any Content transmitted through the Service. Furthermore, under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way for any Content, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever incurred as a result of the use of the Service. General
These terms and conditions are personal between the User and the Company and govern the Users use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between the User and the Company. It is not transferable and any attempt by the User to rent, lease, sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations hereunder is void. This terms and conditions and the conduct, of the parties hereto shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the terms and conditions is found by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the Court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of these terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.

Registration obligations
In consideration of use of the Service, the User agrees to:(a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the User as prompted by the Service’s sign up form (such information being the “Registration Data”) and(b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If the User provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the User’s account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any part thereof)

Termination
The User agrees to be liable for full payment at agreed plan rate for early termination of 12 month contracts. After 14 Days after paying for the service, it is no longer possible for the user to cancel the annual service. The User agrees that the Company, in its sole discretion, may terminate the User’s account or any part thereof) or use of the Service (or any part thereof) and remove and discard any messages within the Service, for any reason, including but not limited to(a) if the Company believes that User has violated or acted inconsistently within the terms and conditions,(b) if User provides incomplete, inaccurate or untrue information to the Company, or(c) if the Company decides to discontinue offering the Service.(d) if the user is in default of payment by more than 10daysThe User may terminate the Service with or without cause at any time outside of the signed contract date, by sending one months written notice of termination to the Company. Upon termination, the User shall have no right to use the Service and the Company will have no obligation to forward any unsent, unread, or stored messages to the User or any third party. The User agrees that following the termination of Service for any reason whatsoever, the User’s telephone number may be re-assigned immediately to another User of the Service. Furthermore, upon termination, the Company will have no obligation to inform anyone dialling the User’s telephone number/Fax number assigned prior to termination about the termination or any other information relating to User’s termination of the Service. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Service to any User whose Service was terminated by The Company or who previously terminated the Service for whatever reason.

Limitation of Liability
It is strongly recommended that you test the telephone & fax upon initial setup and periodically thereafter to ensure the Services are functioning to your satisfaction. Should you fail to properly test the Services as recommended, you do so at your own risk and you shall be the sole party responsible for any loss or damages. The user expressly understands and agrees that the company or it’s suppliers shall not be liable for any direct ,indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:(i) the use or the inability to use this service;(ii) the cost of the procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service;(iii) unauthorised access to or alteration of the User’s transmissions or data;(iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) faults on telephone or fax lines or(v) any other matter relating to the Service, in any event, the liability of the company and its suppliers to the User for any reason and upon any cause of action shall be limited to the annual fees, excluding any usage charges, actually paid to the company by the user under this terms and conditions during the one (1) month immediately preceding the date on which such claim accrued. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate, including, without limitation, to breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, misrepresentations, and other torts. The fees for the Service set by the Company have been and will continue to be based upon this allocation of risk, accordingly, the User hereby releases the Company and its suppliers from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claim in excess of the limitation stated in this section.
